The Ben Stiller Show

It's on IFC and I watch it at times like these--late night when I still don't want to go to bed, but don't want my brain to work very much. I load a whole bunch up on the DVR and then inhale them on the weekend.

That rabbit I made tasted EXACTLY like chicken. Like, EXACTLY. It wasn't even worth the hassle, and eating around the little bones is annoying. Also, it doesn't look like much but I thought my sauce was tasty.


Lots of chores tomorrow. Bleh.

My Shellac manicure is still going strong, so because I haven't found time to get it removed I figured I'd throw glitter over the nail to disguise the 3 weeks worth of growth. It's not the perfect fix, but I'm lazy.

Now looking back at the photo of my manicure when it was fresh... I really wish I could get proper manicures, at least every 2 weeks. *sigh. It would be a total waste of money at my job though.

Doesnt look like much... yet...

I am super excited about dinner tonight. However, I did my usual mistake of reading my cookbook's advice after I've started the dish. So, this won't be exactly right, but with all the basic ingredients and cooking times I'm hoping it'll still be quite tasty.

Need to find a good local butcher for the second attempt. :)

Boring Sunday

Too unmotivated to go to the store for ingredients to finally cook rabbit, so putting it off 'til Tuesday... the cooking, not the store. Many stores to hit up tomorrow.

Am going to test-drive new hair dryer later; very excited.Was let down by new flat iron and will be returning tomorrow.

Was also let down by new lip stain shade, but can't return that. Possibly get diff. one at store tomorrow. Can return the foundation though!
